Company culture follows them into their business and their business coach ends up as their old boss… Weirdly, I know.
Women outsource their decision making and therefore their authority too often in business. Having set out to be free from office politics… They end up running their business like a department in their old job.
And then the rot sets in.

I know a thing or two about disruptive decision making… 3 years ago when my daughter was two years of age, after years of settling, I placed her on my hip, swung my laptop and her nappy bag over my shoulder and walked out of the door setting new standards in real time. For her and me. We now live on the Mediterranean where I run my consulting agency in the sun. Hurrah!
