Culture and conditioning as to what a woman should be, do, act, say and be can been witnessed in all areas of life… But in work, because we trade time for money… Women perform harder than their male counterparts. Company culture follows them into their business and their business coach ends up as their old boss… Weirdly, I know.
Women outsource their decision making and therefore their authority too often in business. Having set out to be free from office politics… They end up running their business like a department in their old job.
